Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it!

Good location right in the center of things. There was a car park nearby but we had a tall van so it wouldn't fit but there was an open air car park 10 minutes walk away. Great location for walking to restaurants. 20 minute walk to the train station. Helpful staff and a decent breakfast

Nice hotel, would recommend if you are in Koblenz for a day or two. Only negative was that we couldn’t get an extra key card, the receptionist said that the key cards go missing and they don’t have spare ones… kind of annoying when 2 people stay in the room.

Excellent location to Christmas markets and old town. Only complaint is was very difficult to take a shower without wetting the floors in bathroom. The shower has a 1/2 glass door for a curtain, although beautiful, not efficient.

The room was advertised as soundproof and while I think the quality of this was average to above average, I could still hear the water running from an upstairs room and the garbage truck on the street six floors below.

We booked last minute when our Air BnB apartment we found to be very poor standard. The hotel feels brand new, is super modern and clean. Considering it was in the heart of the city it was super quiet in our room. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. There was fresh water in the room, the only thing we would have like would have been tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

No hotel is perfect but i have little to complain here. All the staff that I had contact with were great. I was happy with the room for the most part. You could hear the elevator in my room which was a little weird. There seems to be soundproofing but I will never understand why doors in hotels need to slam so loudly that the walls shake.
