This is my 3rd time in sonder and everhthing has changed. It has been bought by marriott, and the changes is disgusting. The phones never work, the Beach has become disgusting, the service in the pool area is non existing unless you are staying in Rixos. The staff is rude. We had 8 or 9 nights, after 5 or 6 nights we asked for some Towels to shower they told us they had already given us 2 Per person when we checked in. We told them it was unacceptable to Think 2 towels for 8 nights is enough and they Got so Angry and told us they dont have time to bring towels we should wait 24 hours. stay from this hotel. A 2 star hotel in Dubai makes you happier to stay than this.
