The room was big and clean. However, the hallways had bags of trash at the end and at the entrance someone had peed on the floor on arrival to the hotel. In addition, there were many pets so you might have a flare up if you’re allergic.

I reserved/Paid for a room 1.5 months in advance. Check-in was @3pm. I arrived @2:15pm - to find out there were no rooms available at the moment and had to wait for the next availability. Finally, checked in @4:15pm (2hrs later). Our room comes with a kitchenette with NO dishes, utensils, pans. Upon request only. Never again will i stay in this facility

Although booked thru Expedia, nothing was in the description of property with regards to long term rentals/temporary housing etc. only after arriving, checking in we could see interesting individuals walking around the property, indicating unhoused like vibe. Don’t have an issue with creative solutions to support the unhoused, however not where I want to stay with my family. Won’t be staying there again, but want others to be aware for full disclosure. :-)

The staff upon check in was not very helpful and took much longer than necessary. The room smelled like dog piss. The toilet seat was so loose we almost fell off when using it. I love it here. It is a gated community so it helps you sleep sounder knowing that not just anyone can get into the parking or the building. And the staff Amanda, Genevieve and Amy really make u feel like family. I love the atmosphere here. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends and will stay here again anytime.

This was a dump. The lady at the front desk was friendly and offered a discount on the room. She was great! The property was not. My room had no curtains (was told this, hence the discount), the fridge did not work and it stank. The cook top was missing a whole burner. The circuit breakers were turned off to the kitchen. Maybe they are fixing this and a booking mistake got me this mess, that doesn't excuse the rest of the property. Everything in the hallways was dingy and smelled. The elevators were sticky and felt like they were falling apart. The parking lot had abandoned car parts and trash. People were letting their dogs potty in the bushes and not cleaning it up. Unwelcome experience. I fear the staff is trying but they have no support or investment in the property from higher up.
