Great hotel but expect security after 10
We stayed only one night and had a very lovely suite. The hotel has a great location in downtown Toronto - walking distance to many places. The security after 10 pm though is extreme. In addition to using your swipe card, a security guard and management was present. Is this because of the location? Scary

Winter hotel stay
The check-in to the hotel was quick and easy. We first had some questions regarding the room but they were quickly answered by the staff. Later that night, after we returned from dining out, we discovered that the window in our bedroom seemed be drafty. This required us to increased the room temperature to try to compensate. My wife also used an additional duvet to help stay warm at night. We did mention it to the front desk staff when we checked out and they thanks us for letting them know and said that they would get someone to check into it. Otherwise, there were no issues...
