Staff was good. Helpful and polite. The location was good... walking distance to everything. Hotel needs new carpet. On first seeing the carpet and other cosmetic wear, we thought it was a mistake to be there. However, the beds prooved to be comfortable. Slept well. The cleaning staff did a good job making the second night just as good. So overall, we enjoyed the stay there. And the included breakfast and free parking makes this hotel good overall .
