Bad customer service. Had to wait for receptionist twice. Assigned a room with a very strong odor and it had two floor blowers in it like the room had been flooded or something. Then was told they didn’t have anymore rooms with a king size bed or queen size bed so my husband and I had to sleep uncomfortable in two double size beds.

Only elevator was broken down for days!
The only Elevator in the prosperity was broken for my entire stay ( 5 days). We had to use the stair 4 flights up the whole time, bring heavy suitcases, bags and everything. Even had to help a handicapped bring his chair 4 floors down. They said they didn’t have rooms available for him in the first floor. It was horrible
