Great big room for a family. It was a different check in procedure with only a code, and we never saw a worker the entire time we were there, even at the complimentary breakfast, (which was lovely). So that was kind of weird but it worked.

Our worst hotel-stay for as long as I can remember. No reception, terrible cleaning (if any), no personell in the hotel, poor food for breakfast, and loud drunk people at night. The only ok thing was the beds, they were alright. I don’t think this hotel should be offered in Hotels.com. When we arrived we could not even get inside.

Electronic things did work well. No probems with opening the garage gate or room door. Problem - door from garage to hotel - was stuck. First we tought - it is locked. After applying more force we could open it, but this is not normal that I must break something to get in. Breakfest was pleasant with one exception - scrambled eggs was made on principe - more salt, less eggs.

Lite oklart hur betalning och utcheckning skulle ske då hotellet saknade reception. Vi bara lämnade rummet i tillit att uppgörelsen med hotels.com har fungerat. Kvitto kom senare. Personen som övervakade frukosten visste inget och pratade extremt dålig engelska. Men rum, koder och övrigt fungerade bra.

Yhden yön majoitus Porvoon ydinkeskustassa. Loistava sijainti. Autohalli saatavilla edullisesti. Hotellissa ei ole vastaanottoa, vaan hoidetaan etänä. Ohjeet selkeät mutta eivät joustavat. Käynti sisälle takapihan kautta autohallin vierestä ulko-ovi ja huoneen ovi avautuivat numerokoodilla vasta tasan kello 16. Huone siisti ja toimiva nukkumiseen. Ei mukavuuksia mutta perusasiat ok. Aamiainen vaatimaton, eli linjassa hotellin muun tason kanssa. Yhteenveto: Edullinen paikka keskustassa, mutta ei mitään extraa.

Sijainti Porvoon keskustaan ja vanhaan kaupunkiin oli hyvä. Huoneessa oli valitettavasti tunkkainen haju. Verhot ja lakanat repsottivat antaen hieman epäsiistin vaikutelman. Kaikki huoneen valot (mm. eteinen) ei toiminut ja television kanavista näkyi vain pari. Huoneen tasot, pinnat ja tuolit olivat kuluneet ja tahroilla. Hotellissa oli sauna, jonka käytöstä ei ohjeistettu missään ja ovet olivat lukossa. Aamupala oli niukka ja hieman arveluttava esimerkiksi leivän päällisten osalta. Hotellissa yöpyi kyllä, mutta valitettavasti hinta tuntui turhan korkealle tässä kohteessa majoituksen taso huomioiden.

Myöhään sisään ja aikaisin ulos.Ei hotellipalvelua Van sähköpostilla koodi lukkoon joka avautui vasta klo 16:00 Aamiainen 10€ n arvoinen. Autopaikka saisi kuulua hotellivierailuun. Rauhallinen ei humpanjytkettä👍
