Stayed here for my son’s graduation. Rooms were not clean, bedding had stains, staff was unresponsive and after prepaying through Hotels.com I was double charged for my reservation at the hotel. Yes, I called and got that refunded but it was on par with no one knowing how to do their jobs.

Don't listen to all the bad reviews

I was a little scared about our trip when I had read some previous reviews, but when we got to the hotel, everything was GREAT! I'm not sure what the people were talking about with bad smells in the room, mediocre breakfast, outdated, etc.....because we did not experience ANY of that! The hallways were a little hotter than normal which came with a mild odor, but that's with ANY hotel in the middle of summer! The breakfast was WAY better than any other hotel breakfast lineup I've had- the scrambled eggs were REAL scrambled eggs, not boxed eggs and everything was fresh! The staff on each shift was friendly and helpful, they would go above and beyond for anything you needed. Our room was BIG, had a nice sofa to lounge on. The ONLY downside I would give is they need bigger, firmer pillows and more lighting in the bathroom. Other than that, this was a NICE hotel!

System upgrade!

We had unfortunate situation where the hotel had done a system upgrade overnight and the system upgrade did not work. We went to check in for early check-in because our plane had arrived at 6 AM in the morning. We couldn’t check in because of the system upgrade. They told us to come back in two hours so we did and we still could not get a room they finally gave us a room And they had to open the room with a hard key. The room was fine. The staff were nice and accommodating. The bathtub did not drain very well and with a family of five that made it hard to take showers. I probably would not stay at this hotel again. It was very close to Opryland, but the area was not that nice.
