20 minutes by taxi from Tumon city center. 10 minutes from the airport. The water park is great. I especially enjoyed the bodyboarding in the wave pool. All the staff were kind enough to help me with my poor English. I'd like to visit again.

The stay was nice and the staff was wonderful! Loved the water park, but the river was down for maintenance and we enjoyed watching the construction they had going on outside of the hotel. We had to check out on a Tuesday to be closer to my husband who we went to see for personal reasons, and they gave us a refund for two days but charged us for the reminder of the week even though we didn’t stay there. I was disappointed so we won’t be staying there next time.

Best place to stay with family
Best of all, we got to know most of the staff during we stayed, and they were always happy to see us. The resort's facilities are old and dated, but the cleanliness is excellent - even the towels were replaced in last year and were clean. The water park is well maintained and operated with a very recently renovated lazy river and fun for adults and kids alike, and we enjoyed it every day except our last day. Breakfast was simple but well stocked with Japanese and western options, and the curry was as good as rumored. The Japanese restaurant on the second floor was as good as any restaurant in Japan. The weekly Tuesday-Thursday events were so good in content and quality that my daughter voted them the best part of the trip. In my opinion, the most urgent improvements are the replacement of aging facilities in the rooms (especially the faucets) and the renewal of the underground parking lot.

Never stay this hotel
Worst experience ever!!! Hotel was very old and no maintenance effort anywhere. I decided to stay this hotel because of water park so I could understand poor condition but it was worse than my expectations. 1. Room condition Room was very old and work not well enough. Even Hairdryer was not installed well. The room floor was a carpet which I stayed, it was easily absorb moisture and gave us sticky feeling. I asked make up a room but maid never did vacuum machine. So I asked again for using vacuum machine then maid told me that only check-in day, they use the vacuum machine. OMG 2. Restaurants for breakfast The Buffet changes slightly every other day but do not expect the taste. Most of foods are served like reheating frozen food. 3. Water park My son really enjoyed and looked so happy. I also enjoyed but the condition was very old. There are moss and smelly places everywhere. 4. Staff Most of staffs were very kind and helpful. Good attitude and service mind with smile. 5. Overall Don’t waste your money and time. If you wanna go to water park just buy a ticket for that. I think this Hoshino hotel group, they just want make money without invest for facilities. It’s a company problem, not a staff.

오션뷰로 한것에 매우 만족해요. 시설은 다소 오래되었지만 관리가 잘되고 직원분들이 따뜻합니다. 어쉽게도 워터파크는 가지못했지민 멀리서 봐도 좋네요. 실외수영장도 가족단위로 쓰기 좋고 조식당메뉴도 만족스럽습니다. 주차장은 지하주차장이 있는데 지하주차장서 1층오는 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 그리고 전 렌트를 했지만 PGO괌아웃렛 셔틀버스도 있네요

매우 편안하고 행복했던 괌에서는 아늑한 휴식처
중심가에서는 조금 벗어나 있지만 렌터카를 이용한다면 전혀 문제가 되지 않는 위치입니다. 근처에 GPO도 위치하고 오히려 번화한 중심가보다는 한가하고 좋습니다. 특히, PIC에 비해 훨씬 청결한 워터파크도 보유하고 있고 조식 또한 포함이라 너무나 좋은 곳이었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 주차장도 매우 여유롭습니다.
