Best of all, we got to know most of the staff during we stayed, and they were always happy to see us. The resort's facilities are old and dated, but the cleanliness is excellent - even the towels were replaced in last year and were clean.
The water park is well maintained and operated with a very recently renovated lazy river and fun for adults and kids alike, and we enjoyed it every day except our last day.
Breakfast was simple but well stocked with Japanese and western options, and the curry was as good as rumored. The Japanese restaurant on the second floor was as good as any restaurant in Japan.
The weekly Tuesday-Thursday events were so good in content and quality that my daughter voted them the best part of the trip.
In my opinion, the most urgent improvements are the replacement of aging facilities in the rooms (especially the faucets) and the renewal of the underground parking lot.
