Be aware before booking!
I was disappointed with this Doubletree experience. I stayed here due to a flight cancellation that caused me to wind up in Charlotte on a late night flight. I got into the hotel around 1AM and the front desk attendant treated me like I was inconveniencing him for checking in. I asked for a warm cookie (a trademark of the brand and the reason I chose this hotel) and he told me guests who check in at 1AM don’t get cookies. Not the kind of reception I expect to receive from a Hilton brand after a stressful day of travel.
The hotel is also in need of cleaning, updating and mildew treatment. The room smelled of wet mildew and the toilet barely flushed. The front desk looked like a desk in a maintenance department and the main elevator and lobby were dirty.
The positives are the daytime staff were friendly and accommodating. They offered me a cookie but they have gone from fresh baked to packaged and allergen free (killing the signature of the brand) so I declined and decided I will no longer be staying at Doubletrees.
