It is really inexpensive. It smells. There was a rat running up and down the stars. Garbage was blocking the door 3 and you could smell the garbage inside the room and hallway. Breakfast was sub par and not nearly enough to cater for the number of guests they can accommodate. I've always like Quality Inn, but this one does not deserve to have that name.

I’ve stayed here 6 times this year and it has been safe and secure. I’ve used the king suite, family suite and the jacuzzi suite. All of the rooms were great and you have your own private patio or balcony in each room. Johnny is a great and caring manager as well!

The Quality Inn in Livonia is so shabby. It reeked urine and just felt unsafe. Choice hotels who are all over the world should be ashamed that this Quality Inn which one time had potential is just ran down! DO BETTER CHOICE HOTELS

When checking in verified that room with double beds was handicapped accessible. I was told it wasn’t. I never received a message from hotel about this or message via hotels.com. Had to upgrade to king size bed where room was handicapped accessible. Wasn’t given copy of this cost or refund of double bed room. Per front desk staff I’ll get from who I used to make reservations. I have made all my reservations for hotel rooms online on my road trip and all the other hotels would print a receipt. Staff member at counter very rude.

Unsafe environment

I had a horrible experience with my stay at this hotel. It’s an unsafe place for women by themselves. It was altercations in the hallway and parking lot. The staff brushed it off as if it was normal behavior. I had booked the room originally for the weekend but unfortunately I checked out 2 hours into my stay.

I was asleep in the hotel bed around 2 am and I felt something crawl on my left leg I thought maybe it was an ant, so I swatted at it . However I woke back up at 4:00 a.m. and my leg felt like there was three alarms campfire on my skin it was a brown recluse spider that bit me I was hospitalized for 5 days after I checked out. I notified the hotel staff however no one has reached back out to me.
