Property had issues with smelly carpet. Smells damp and dated. Engineered wood or tiled floorings would be better probably on carpeted areas to get rid of that moldy smell in the hallways. Our room had tiny roaches by the coffee maker. Lots of bird poop in the pool section same goes in the balcony. Seems like it has not been cleaned for weeks. Overall the staff attentiveness and service was great. A manager with a little OCD would probably be a good addition to the team to make sure it will live up to a 5 star rating.

I like the friendly staff. Love the breakfast and lunch buffets. Love the pool very spacious. I didnt like that room was on the second floor and the patio was block by four walls and filled with pigeon poop, which make not useable. Also the minbar was lock and clouldnt access it. Until l called the front desk.

Wonderful stay at the Dusit Thani
This hotel had a nice swimming pool which was beautifully maintained and provided a serene environment to relax.Even the fitness centre was well equipped allowing me to maintain my workout routine. I really look forward to using that hotel again on my next visit.
