Run down
It was late when I got here and I had my cat with me so I needed to stay here, although I got a very bad first impression with how run down the place was. The front desk guy was nice and they had a decent free morning breakfast, those were the only positives. Negatives were the toilet was dirty, the pillows were odd shaped and lumpy, and there were stains on the walls in the room. I felt gross in this place but I forced myself to spend one night here. I was also upset that they charged me an expensive pet fee at the hotel, when there was no mention of this fee when I booked. All that $ just for a little litter/pet food on the floor?? Ridiculous! My cat is extremely well behaved and didn’t damage a thing. I should have my money refunded. I won’t stay here again when I travel this route; and I travel it often.

Did the job for a one night stay but would have expected more “quality” from Quality Inn. The bed spread and shower were dirty. The common areas need some TLC and the equipment in the fitness center is not safe. I tried running on the treadmill and almost fell because it won’t handle actual running. The elliptical was grinding so you can really only use the weights. I will say the service was nice as I requested a floor level room because they don’t have an elevator.

End of vacation
The sink right by the entrance door was very disturbing. It made you feel uncomfortable when someone came in. The breakfast was ok if you only want a cold breakfast.

Bad experience!
We were put on the first floor right by the side entrance where a group of men stayed until.late at night talking loud right at our window. They were smoking and we could smell it strong in our room. Then when they came in, they slammed doors and were loud in the halls and they did the same thing at 4:30-5:00 am. Absolutely the worst situation. I asked the desk clerk why they would put travelers in rooms that they knew were right next to men staying for work when they had plenty of open rooms available. The lady at the desk did not care.
