Bates motel of shawnee
We reserved 2 rooms king size in each of them . Pat (the manager) said he will upgrade us to 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds . That’s not an upgrade ! He wanted to know why the other guest has a different first name on his driver license instead of what we reserved it under . He goes by Bo and his given name is William I go by Tommy and my DL has Thomas . He said his name was “pat “ but his car license plate has “rajvit”. The internet was unsecured and unstable considering there is only 2 floors and no elevators The tv didn’t work each night he had to come into our room and once changed the box and the last night have to reset the entire system The keyless entry didn’t work the second night and I had to go down the stairs to get replacements

We had no phone in the room. Teenagers were placed right beside our room a bus load. They yelled all night and ran in the hallways. Only two towels. Breakfast cereal and waffles nothing else. No fruit or anything lese. No one at front desk to complain to.

Great price And location. Just a quick stay while Crossing the country. Room was decent with updated flooring and furniture. Bathroom and entry tile were filthy though. I tried to leave my socks on as much as pissible. Tile needs steam cleaning. I understand that they are among dat things f a remodel del so maybenit will be remedied. The breakfast was horrible and at 7am there was no coffee, and no one around to attend to that.
