Our balcony door leaked so the floor was all wet. Hotel needs a little updating, but nice set up. Really great hot, included breakfast. We were only in town for 1 night to catch a cruise, so the location was great. Room didn't have a hair dryer and it took 45 minutes to get one.

The staff were friendly except for the people serving the food at breakfast. They seemed tired or overworked. Not sure what the issue was with the servers but everyone was very friendly and inviting.

Late night arrival

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1am and were exhausted when we arrived. A guy was in office and immediately acted like he did not want to deal with us. He was sloppy dressed and very poorly groomed and rude when asked simple questions.

Perfect for what we needed.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. We stayed a couple of days in Fort Lauderdale after a cruise. Location was excellent for both the ship port as well as the airport. We were able to walk to a couple of excellent restaurants for dinner. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Our flight was delayed four times and Cynthia was able to assist us with a late checkout and helped navigate options if needed. She was fantastic. The only real issue was breakfast in the morning. My recommendation is get there early or expect a wait. The food was good with plenty of options. We have already booked here for our entire family for this coming December and another cruise we are going on.

Hilton prefers you book through them, i guess

They have done some great renovations to this hotel. It is nicely updated. Disappointment came with the check in process. We booked this room several weeks ago. Choosing a King size bed. Upon arrival they told us there was no king beds available. They made us feel silly for using a 3rd party and blamed it all on the 3rd party. Also making sure that we knew there was no perks, incentives or not even a bottle of water to give us because we did not book from Hilton directly. Is this really how it is today. I thought these hotels relied heavily on the third parties to get their business. Well, apparently not. Do i continue to use hotels.com in the future??

A little more attention is needed.

We have stayed at this hotel three times- convenient to Port and has a nice pool, breakfast and good sized rooms. Our last check in we were given keys to as room that had not been cleaned- we then sat around until another room could be found. Very limited front desk staff and with such a busy hotel- needs more and finally, buy some decent toasters for the breakfast area. They are defective and take forever to use- always a long lineup.

Over-priced for the amenities. Staff including restaurant server was to the point of rude, not very helpful. The free two-drink happy hour is a joke as there's not enough staff to handle the customers and it's immediately shut down at 6:30pm.

We booked (3) King rooms with shower. Only one of the 3 rooms had the shower, the other two had the tub/shower combo. Front desk wasn't concerned with helping. On Wednesday February 12th, none of our 3 rooms had hot water in the morning. Zero hot water, not even slightly warm. Room 927 tub/shower drained so slow that the water was ankle deep by the end of the shower. I would not book us there again for a business trip.

Clean Spacious rooms .

The rooms are large and well appointed . My room wasn’t ready and they said they would text me when it was . I hung around the lobby until 430 then decided to go eat . Still at 530 pm no text . I called the hotel and asked if my room was ready they said yes stop by and get your key . I tried calling the restaurant, room service and the front desk at 930 pm and nobody answered. It is advertised that the restaurant is open until 10 . I only tried 3-4 different numbers so maybe I dialed the wrong ones ? If you want a nice room with minimal service this is the hotel for you . Amy at the bar was wonderful and very helpful with my special request for a drink modification.

Adequate

Very big rooms/suites, ok standard but loud AC units and poor water pressure in the shower. The hotel missed to provide me with 2/3 VIP trays with goodies.
