Good place to stay for the price. A couple of things in the room didn't work properly (bed lamp switch broken, shower knob was partially missing). Otherwise, it was clean and spacious. Really close to the airport.

We are happy with the cleanliness of the room and toilet. The kitchen amenities are a plus. We are just disappointed with the wifi as it is unavailable on our 2nd and last day. The staff are not as helpful with our request for access. At this day and age, internet access is a must for hotel stays an is part of what we have paid for.Please try to improve this service.

Super convenient to the airport - a quick 7 minutes! And a ton of EV chargers. Runway noise until 11pm and after 6am but that's expected. Large kitchen with appliances and pots/pans available

Short stay

King bed was very comfortable, for pricing they need to do a few things to make the place people want to stay. There were. No glasses to get a drink of water, no bath soap or shampoo in room. No microwave, no coffee, for a room with a huge kitchen no table or chairs , blow dryer didn’t work. The breakfast small muffin,packages of oatmeal (no milk) only flavored creamer. The area big enough for a normal hotel breakfast. All in all it served our purpose for a short stay but could be so much better with just a little effort. Also pet fee is high!

Great find. Clean rooms, nice beds, kitchen, full-size refrigerator. The worst thing I can say is there is no sign outside the hotel (just on the street and you have to be looking for it). It was convenient for downtown activities and seeing family in Clarence. Stores down the street.

I found that my double room was clean. While it included a full sized refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchen sink, good kitchen cabinets and ample closet space, they room lacked table space, seating for more than one. The double beds were quite comfortable. There is a pool available. The location was convenient for grocery shopping, fast food, dining and other shopping. We were able to easily drive to the US side of Niagara Falls and also the Canadian side. This hotel does not earn a 5 star rating, but in my experience, I can gladly give them a 4 star rating.

The experience was less than satisfactory. -I was informed that all rooms were equipped with electric stoves; however, they were induction-based. This necessitates the use of induction-compatible cookware, which should be clearly communicated to guests. - The complimentary breakfast was inadequate, lacking the variety expected of a proper continental breakfast. There were very few options suitable for young children, compelling us to seek breakfast elsewhere.
