we had a short one night stay as we were traveling thru and the room was quiet even though it was right next to the elevator, so we got a good night's sleep. it was comfortable and set up w/a USB connection on a nightstand, microwave & mini-frig.

Check-in was a breeze and the room was mostly as expected, as I have come to expect from "Hyatt Place". The issues with the room: 1). Hot water not "on" at faucet in bathroom; 2). Water pressure very low in shower; 3). Light burned out over couch; 4). Thermostat not working well on heater (too warm). On the other hand, room was clean, towels fresh, kitchen well equipped, bed wonderfully comfortable, to start with.

New Years Trip
The front desk and housekeeping were phenomenal. However the hotel looked dated, elevator very slow, breakfast was very limited, burned, and just not enjoyable. Ima Hyatt member and usually can count on them for a great experience but currently this location failed me. Maybe once renovations are complete it will be better bc it is a great location and love the constant hot water.

Terrible location
The property had gnats in 2 of the rooms. The 1st room had about 3-4 gnats. I told the front desk she said she checked & didn’t see them. I told her I can go to the room with her and show her, she declined & gave me a new room. The 2nd room had gnats in the bathroom. I saw those & took a video of them both. I reported it & got a 3rd room. The 3rd room bathroom tube was stooped up. When I took a shower the water wasn’t going down the drain properly. The water was to my ankles. I talked to the manager she claimed she was going to give me extra points to my membership so I can get a free night but she never did it
