OK
OK for one night/quick trip. The staff was nice at check-in. The room is bright at night as the parking lights shine in from outside, there is also noise as people talk/walk past your room. Desk/nightstands need to be cleaned. The Old Senator tree is a highlight; however, you can visit the tree without staying here.

Great for an overnighter
It was a one nighter to see the St Augustine lights, as that it worked fine, just a place to sleep. A little run down but clean and quiet environment.

Good stay, great location
This is our second time here and I love the location. This stay was a bit disappointing though. The breakfast was ok, my son wouldn’t eat any of it, they didn’t offer much of a selection. The towels were needing some updating as my shower towel felt like sandpaper. The floors were dirty, we had white socks and were walking around the room and they were nasty dirty. I will stay here again, just hope they do some updating and train their housekeepers better.

Disappointed
Room was not what I expected for the price. Tile in the shower was cracked, mirror was broke, shower door was coming apart and tile floor in the shower was dirty. Mattress was bad and worst is we had no hot water to shower. We always leave good reviews so this is not normal for us to complain but for over $300 a night I expected better.

Ok motel, nothing extraordinary
The place was an ok stay, your regular motel (red roof or super 8 type), the bathtub drain was clogged which was kind of disgusting, other than that the room was pretty clean and the beds were confortable, walls are thin so there might be some noise if it's too crowded. Breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary. One good thing is that the motel is stop 21 of the Troley. Not bad overall, but definitely not worth paying more than 200 per night (I paid much more than that due to the Night of Lights event)

Needs work but was decent
The pictures online are deceiving. It is a very old building. Needs some fresh paint in the rooms. It was very loud outside, thin walls. Great place to stay to be near attractions. A little pricey for the size of the room.

Could've been better
Clean enough, but have been better. Very outdated. The office is very dirty and outdated. Breakfast was ok, it needed more food. The food was cold. They need more room for more tables.

Room was fine and comfortable for the one night we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The king room we stayed in needs a little attention. The queen bedroom we also had was great! Parking was easy and great to have. Location close to everything
