Pros and Cons. Awesome Staff!
The room was spotless, and well stocked. The staff are on top of things, reception was easy and efficient, breakfast staff were constantly watching stock as people ate and refilled it wearing gloves if needed. By the time you got up in the morning you could see that housekeeping had already done the floors in the halls and had moved on to regular room cleanings. The only thing this hotel could improve on is the minor stains/broken things. These were just small eyesores but did not affect our stay. Great job staff! For your information, pool is outdoor. Wish that was stayed somewhere on their website!

Mediocre
We were in room 1117. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. When the shower was on, a lot of water kept on running out of the bathtub faucet so the pressure was very weak. The tub was slippery. The towels were small and thin. The bedspread wasn't clean.

Access to room was sketchy
The property has three separate buildings. I was in one of the main building. The reservation person didn’t tell me where to access my room as there were no doors across the front of the building. You had to go to either end and walk behind the stairwell. It made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. A bag was left in the fridge. The rest of the room was clean.
