True Luxury from a Bye-gone Era

The staff, service, food and accommodations were exemplary. Lovely nautical/arts & crafts era decor. Think Titanic with a modern sumptuous twist. We were delighted to find out tickets to the Brittania were included. Great location, simple to take the tram into the downtown, as we were travelling by train. Pricey, but well worth the splurge.

The breakfast was delicious, it was lovely sitting in the dining room looking over the beautiful deck where you can sit outside and enjoy a drink or coffee in the sunshine. The Fingal Hotel in Edinburgh Scotland was an excellent choice from the time my husband and I walked in. The Fingal Crew was amazing! We had a stunning breakfast and had dinner twice in the upscale restaurant in which they only use the finest ingredients. The Fingal crew was excellent in every aspect! I recommend this experience to anyone wanting something different. We will use this same floating hotel if visiting Edinburgh Scotland again!
