Would stay again/location is good
Easy check in, the hotel itself was clean for its age. You do have to park in valet style parking, but it’s open 24/7. Great location.

Charming older hotel in downtown SF
It's an older hotel so it does have it's charms. However the old ventilation and such does detract from the comfort.

Easy check-in. Nice clean space. The building and rooms are just old and dated but in decent shape

Budget hotel
Budget friendly hotel. Rooms are very small. You can't have the closet open and the door. Bathroom is small. Bed was comfortable. Very noisy area, use good earplugs. If on higher floors, windows will need to be open or you will start sweating.

Concert at the Warfield
This charming older hotel is located near all the things I wanted to experience...close to restaurants, the cable car line, and the Warfield Theater. The only drawback I experienced was trying to get into the onsite garage. My gps tried to have me cross traffic to get into the garage and that was not happening. After some crazy navigation, we were finally going the right way on the street to make a right turn into the garage and parked successfully. I would stay here again.

dont recommend.
I was on 4th floor at the corner, but it was very noisy every single minutes as the hotel’s window seems like comes from 90s.
I stayed for conference at Moscon just far away about two blocks, less than 10mintues, that was only thing convenience.
If I go for the same conference, I will choose another hotel.
NO SLIPER, No free water. it seems like all hotels in USA do.

Great Staff but the room left much to desire
There were dirty black hand prints on the walls in the bathroom. The chain lock was broken. The desk chair arm rest was broken and the seat vinyl was just about all gone. The staff was excellent, very friendly and personable.

Cute hotel
Enjoyed my one night stay! I was attending a concert at Oakland Arena and chose this hotel because of the price, proximity to dining, and close to BART (which I ended up not using to get to the venue but if I did, this would have been close by). The hotel felt really secure, either requiring a hotel key to get into the building or having to be buzzed in by the front desk. It’s definitely an older building, but would definitely consider staying again.

3 Night Stay
Myself and my partner stayed here whilst sightseeing for 3 nights. The hotel is secure, and requires a room key for access and the staff were very lovely and accommodating. There are lots of homeless people situated directly outside and in the surrounding area. We arrived late on the first night and were put in a room high up on the front of the hotel. The room was extremely noisy from traffic and homeless people shouting outside for hours so we asked if we could be moved. Ayo who was on the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and he showed us numerous rooms which were available and even let us go to the rooms to see which one was the least noisy. This was very much appreciated and we were able to move rooms with no issue. The hotel is old and could do with being renovated however it was fine for a few nights and had everything we needed.

Geez guys, put some effort into it!
Hotel staff was very antiseptic and unfriendly. Entire hotel is in need of refreshing. So many little un-maintained issues (pealing paint, broken sinks, chipped wood, non-closing doors, etc.)

Dated but serve its purpose.
The hotel is a little dated, bathroom small, but it served its purpose. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. The service was great. I really appreciated all the help. The area is okay, homeless population was moderately present.
