Make sure ulyou make details on your trip trying to get through to front desk is impossible.

Dont waste the time

Went for a concert. There only vallet parking. Thats fine but the line wrapped around the building! When we finally got inside (an hour later) the check in line wrapped around the lobby twice! Only had 2 people working. Took us an hour and half to get to the desk! Got into the room and there was 1 towel, no sheets on the pullout bed (was supposed to be a queen pullout but had a full mattress with what we assume to be blood stains on it!!). I will not be staying there again.

We stayed for 3 nights. They took out used towels and didn't replace with new ones. I called the front desk twice and spoke to 2 people in person and no one could give me 2 towels and washcloths. I ended up having to use a bedsheet as a towel like a dog. Upon leaving, I received very little attention to my complaint. Sent the manager an email and pending further resolution.

Some of the check-in staff had serious attitude problems, we had to wait a whole day just to get two towels, there’s no fridge or microwave in many of the rooms. You have to have a voucher for breakfast and it doesn’t come with all rooms. I will never stay here again.
