Book it, nice, quiet, safe, & secure!
I enjoyed my stay at The Mint House. Onsite management was super helpful upon arival. Parking is convenient. The apartment was nice, clean, & spacious. I'm big on safety and security wherever I travel US or international. Mint House definitely offered safety. And a plus is the 4 min walk into downtown Greenville, with all the restaurants & shops, & Reedy Falls. So book your stay today!

Absolutely wonderful. Getting in front door was initially a little confusing and the hallway on second floor was a little smelly and carpet could use a cleaning but we would absolutely stay there again.

Great location for exploring Greenville
Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a great location. I was in town for medical reasons and only needed to park in the area in the evening. I was able to find free parking on the street easily between 6pm -9am. The only negative was the music noise from the Orange Theory Fitness gym below my 2nd floor apartment that started at 5am.

Great location . Very walkable. Couch and pillows had stains and the tables and walls needed to be wiped down. Bedding seemed to be clean. Washer and dryer in units which makes it nice . Private secure entrance is nice. Parking garage close by was full, so parking was an issue .

Greenville Gem
Was a very spacious two-bedroom unit that was close to downtown and near many restaurants. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Safe area so no concerns walking from place to place. Rooms were clean and was awesome having a full kitchen. The customer service personnel were super pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay.

The location is perfect! The apartment was quiet, and extremely clean! The only things I would say to fix anything would be to have a tv in the master. We really wanted to lay in bed and watch movies ! The pull out sofa in the living room did great for that. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Overall we loved it!
