The dining room area was nicely decorated and there was nice music playing at breakfast. However, the bathroom was very small and not very clean, and the breakfast vas very average.

The room was very small. No mugs in the kitchen. The location was pretty convenient and staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. Overall it was a satisfactory experience. Thank you.

No frills but makes the grade

This facility is by no means spectacular. However it is reasonable and the location is very good. The room is somewhat small and the shower is the smallest of all the hotels I've ever stayed(not much room to move around) at. The bed was comfortable and water was hot and cold when required. The water is also drinkable, a rare treat for me. There is a Middle Eastern supermarket about 60 meters from the hotel that has many delicious items including the best Arabic (pita) bread I ever ate. And the 3 bus will take you there. Overall, was very satisfied and special thanks to the staff for being so cordial and helpful. Would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Uppsala.

Interesting night!

The room was more like glorified hostel room. It did smell smoke and it made it difficult to sleep. Bathroom was like a cabin bathroom in a ferry, very tight and dated with extra pubic hair as extra!!! Pillows very small and well used.

Do you like to poop in the dark?

Do you like to poop in the dark? Or even shower in the dark? Then this hotel might just be for you! Light sensor in the toilet turns off light 5 times per visit. No good aircondition very warm in the room. No window to the outside in the room only window towards the inside of the building and you cant even open that one. But the breakfast was good☺️

Ett snuskig, ostädat och vanskött hotell. Frukostbuffén sköts av personal som inte använder skyddshandskar vid arbete med livsmedel. Går från disk till kontakt med mat. Bröd, både färskt och hårt, är gammalt, träigt och smakar inte bra. Kort sagt, undvik frukost här. Rummen var smutsiga, hårstrån i nybäddade sängar, smuts i badrum, vätskor som runnit på väggkonst ovanför sängen. Lös smuts i huvudändan av sängen på väggen. Ingen ventilation, fick sova med vidöppet fönster hela natten trots slagregn. Luktar cigarettrök. Garderob som svänger upp, går inte att stänga. Foton visar på några brister. Finns det en extern fastighetsägare borde denna göra en tillsyn alternativt kommunens miljötillsyn.

Jag hade nöjet att bo på detta hotell och upplevelsen överträffade mina förväntningar på alla plan. Atmosfären var utomordentligt behaglig, en perfekt balans mellan exklusivitet och hemtrevnad. Personalen var genuint serviceinriktad och visade prov på både professionalism och omtanke, vilket gjorde vistelsen till en fröjd från början till slut. Rummet höll hög standard, med en känsla av nyrenhet och fräschör som genomsyrade varje detalj. Här lämnas inget åt slumpen, allt från inredning till komfort vittnar om noggrant genomtänkt kvalitet. Klientelet bestod till stor del av en sofistikerad och välbärgad publik, vilket bidrog till en diskret men tydligt exklusiv stämning. Hotellet erbjuder därmed inte bara avkoppling, utan även utmärkta möjligheter till givande sociala kontakter och nätverkande i en miljö präglad av god smak och världsvana.
