Accomodating Staff
The hotel was gracious enough to let us check in 3 hours early to dress/prepare for an event after our long ride to New Rochelle which is why I gave it 4 stars and the room was clean and updated. Some minor criticisms were: the Desk chair was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was very small. You had to REALLY step into the bathroom to make room to shut the door, esp before sitting down on the commode and the door stuck.
