Nice and cosy hotel. The staff is always willing to help. Breakfast was nice. The room had everything for a short stay. But bedsheets and towels could be cleaner and door lock could be steadier. Anyway it was a pleasant experience.

Terrible property condition. One of the worst if not the worst hotels I’ve come cross in Turkey. I say if you cannot run a hotel don’t have one. I’d have better experience camping than in staying in facilities like this.

my favorite place in Bolu

Got room upgrade, thanks to the kind staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and they have a fridge and kettle with instant coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is not huge but definitely enough mixed. wifi works well. Position is good, few steps from the pedestrian area and right in front of the hotel's private parking (not indoor, but still definitely a plus). The city is nice and interesting, easy to explore on foot from the hotel

Otel aldığı ücrete göre gayet iyi ydi.Calisanlar ilgili ve yardimseverdi.Kahvalti açık büfe ve çeşit fazlaydi.Ozellikle kurutulmus domatesli kahvaltılik mezeyi çok beğendik.Klima,TV, internet,sıcak su, temiz yatak ve havlular,ikramlik sallama çay ,su vs. Hepsi gayet iyiydi.Biz bir gece kaldık.Ama Boluya tekrar gidersek bu otelde yine kalabiliriz.

İlk başta rezervasyonun onlara ulaşıp ulaşamadığı hakkında aradım pc başında değilim iki saate ara denildi. 2 saat sonra yine aradım ben bakamam şuan merak etme rezervasyon olmuştur korkma denildi.
