The WiFi in the Suit is no good. I celebrate my 60s birthday and ask if they could fix some extra chair to my room. Their was problem and i didn’t feel so welcome in the front desk when I check in. Much to learn their!!

Hotellet har en av de finaste resturang lokaler vi varit pĂ„ jĂ€tte god mat, lite smĂ„ portioner dock. JĂ€ttebra lĂ€ge i mitt i centrala Örebro. Ett stort minus va att hissen inte fungera under hela tiden vi var dĂ€r .

Rymligt rum (standard dubbelrum) med skrivbord, fĂ„töljer och badkar. Lite olika inredning i rummen, en vĂ€n som bokade samma standard fick en soffa ocksĂ„ (men bara duschkabin). Schampo, balsam, tvĂ„l och hudlotion fanns. Bra bas. Även vattenkokare, te och ett par chokladbitar som uppskattades. Men badrumsartiklarna hade tyvĂ€rr svĂ„röppnade skruvkorkar och det blev halt i badkaret, och framför allt pĂ„ vĂ€gen ner dĂ€rifrĂ„n. Kroken som hĂ„rtorken hĂ€ngde pĂ„ lossnade utan att jag ens rört den. Och badrumsartiklarna gick inte att stĂ€lla ifrĂ„n sig pĂ„ gallerhyllan dĂ„ ”hĂ„len” var för stora för de smĂ„ produkterna. Annars bra att hylla finns! Nattduksborden hade lite damm pĂ„ sig och verkade inte avtorkade. Lite damm flög ocksĂ„ i luften, sĂ„ det kĂ€ndes inte helt rent och frĂ€scht Ă€ven om det pĂ„ ytan var ”stĂ€dat” och iordninggjort. En grundligare stĂ€dning hade höjt kvaliteten. Lite förvirrande med olika ingĂ„ngar och koder olika tider pĂ„ dygnet, men trevlig personal och bra utbud pĂ„ frukosten. TyvĂ€rr kĂ€nns 9 som lite vĂ€l tidigt att stĂ€nga frukosten en vardag! PĂ„ resa Ă€r det ju inte ”vanlig vardag” för en sjĂ€lv alltid, och det kan vara skönt att fĂ„ sova ut utan stress. Ett stort plus till den unga, ljusa killen i receptionen som var sĂ„ vĂ€nlig och tillmötesgĂ„ende. Bar upp vĂ„ra vĂ€skor upp för trappan nĂ€r hissen inte fungerade och förvarade dem bakom bardisken med namnmĂ€rkning nĂ€r bagagerum inte fanns. Fin service utifrĂ„n rĂ„dande förutsĂ€ttningar! Satte en guldkant pĂ„ vistelsen.
