What I didn’t like was the bathroom was dirty it was .I used the washcloth got some bleach and clean bathroom it was an old building looking like they’re trying to remodel and it. The property worked for our needs and fit our budget. Although everything was well used, the rooms and property were clean. I did find a single cockroach in my room and one on the outside of my room door. Both of which I took care of. I did not see any other insects in my room.

Roache infestation!!! As soon as I went in there was roaches in the elevator and hallways! I open the door to my room and there a roach in the sink! I leave my room and come back when it’s dark and there’s tons of roaches crawling on the floor and bathroom when I turned on the lights! I want my money back!!!!

The man checking us in is very rude. We asked for a room change because the AC did not work. Once we changed rooms it got worse, the TV didn’t work, there were holes on the wall, paint chipping, the worst part were the roaches. That was the last straw. We couldn’t stay the night, immediately asked for refund.

Adequate...for a big event weekend.

We stay here for a big event...Long Beach Grand Prix, so the price is within our budget. The owner of the hotel is nice, but does a lot of steps to check us in....guessing "old-fashioned". Will stay here again due to the excellent price.

A nice hotel near the beach

The hotel is located a few blocks from the beach. It is adequate at a reasonable price. The room is large and everything worked - shower, sink, bed, heat/cool. The people are nice. The building is a bit worn, but that did not deter from my stay.
