予約時からわかっていたことですが、チェックインする事務所がアパートメントから結構離れています。大きな荷物を持って事務所まで行って鍵をもらって来るのは結構大変でした。ホテル.comで全額支払いしているので、鍵を受け取るのみだけで事務所に行くより何か他の受け取り方法があったらいいなと思いました。 アパートメントの建物は古いものでしたが、中はきれいにリフォームされていて広くて快適でした。鍵を開けるのには少しコツがいります。 予約時に、バスアメニティと書いてあったので、シャンプーくらいはあるかなと思っていましたが…。前のお客さんが置いていったであろう物たちがいくつも置いてありました。シャワースペースはとても不潔な感じがして毎回シャワーが嫌でした。シャンプー、リンス、ソープはスーパーで買ってきました。 洗濯機はありますが乾燥機はありません。 食洗機はありますが、動きませんでした。 いろいろな国のアパートメントに泊まりましたが、食洗機や洗濯機の説明書がなくても大概 動かせます。しかし色々と試してみましたが、ここの食洗機は動きませんでした。手洗いをしようとスポンジを探しましたが、汚くなった布巾の様なものが置いてあるだけでスポンジはなかったです。仕方がないのでスーパーで買ってきました。 キッチンの棚の中も、前の宿泊客が置いていったであろうと思われるコーヒーがたくさん残っていました。中には こぼれていたものもあり、とても汚かったです。その棚は滞在中、二度と開けませんでした。冷蔵庫の中にも使いかけのケチャップが入っており、宿泊客がチェックアウト後に掃除に入られる方が わざわざ親切に思って残して置かれるのか？と思うくらいでした。 Netflixが観られると喜んでいましたが、リモコンが動きませんでした。何回か試すと、テレビがついたのですが、勝手にボリュームが大きくなり、正常に戻りません。仕方なくスイッチを切ると、もうテレビはつきませんでした。事務所にメールをしてリモコンについて伝えました。次の日の午後返信が来ました。なるべく早く新しいリモコンを買って持っていきますと書いてありましたが、6日間の滞在中 届くことは無かったです。それについてのメールも来ませんでした。 もし、私たちが留守の間に修理等してくれたのなら、一言メールまたはメモが欲しかったです。 テレビを観ることも楽しみの１つでしたが 残念でした。 アパートメントの立地はとてもよく、メトロ、トラム、ショッピングモールがすぐ近くにあり 治安も良かったです。 場所、広さ、施設は良いので サービス、掃除、水回りのカビや汚れのメンテナンスなどをしっかりすれば とても良くなると思いました。
