The room was a bit small for a family of four, but it was clean, had a nice sized fridge and worked out fine. The TV was huge. The front desk called us in our room after we got settled to see if we needed anything and that was a nice touch. They also cleaned our room without us having to ask, which I appreciated. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Door to the room Looks like it has been kicked in. Did not seal up light and wind something through door. Could completely see through. So made it so loud and uncomfortable. We had to get maintenance to open the door once do to it being so bad and off it flipped the lock and locked us out.

This is the Perfect place to stay for snowboarding/ski trips to Mt Bachelor. I gave it 5 stars because it’s exactly what it claims to be… It’s a clean, comfortable place to stay that’s convenient to the airport, downtown Bend, Mt. Bachelor, Hoodoo Ski Resort, and Sisters, Oregon. The breakfast is good, the staff is nice, and the beds are comfortable. This is my go-to, no-nonsense, no-frills, no headache, reliable place to stay when I travel to Bend. I’ve stayed there 4 times this year already and am planning several more. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
