The room was very clean. Only issue was with the room furnishings. There was only a desk chair for use at the desk. It would have been nice to have had an arm chair or something to serve as a sitting area. Also the sink was very small & hard for 2 people to use. Shower was very nice. All in all, it was a good room, but not great.

ok except for noisy beds
Beds had metal frames that made noise everytime you sat down or got up - very annoying. We were on 3rd floor and the ice machine was not working so had to go to 1st floor to get. Everything else was good; great having a shopping mall across the street that you can walk to. Outside pool was on north side of building so you were always in the shade - didn't like to even sit out there to read a book in the cooler weather as too cold.

There was a light by the sink that came on automatically when you approached & shut off after a few minutes. So in the middle of the night when getting up to the bathroom, it came on!!! Not fun when you’re trying to sleep & your spouse goes to the bathroom😥 No easy chair in king room😥.

Disability Beware
Was not advertised nor mentioned during reservation of a $200 room deposit placed on my Visa 5 days blaming my bank. Would not allow me to use cash deposit of 200 nor debit card. We arrived at 12:30 am night B4 and tried to leave ASAP at 11am. Had difficulty due to 11yr old Autistic son and 12yr old Down Syndrome daughter in diapers. We were harshly reminded approaching 12pm, then Verbally threatened by the hotel manager 5 minutes after that Mesa Police were being called ok out family to "GET OUT". When I asked to extend the room another night , I was told it would be 121.oo instead of the AARP discount night amount of 71.oo the night we just stayed (wed 1/01/25).
