The hotel is located on a major road with a lot of traffic at all times which makes it difficult to sleep. There were no towels when I showered.

Easy check-in staff was very nice And helpful. Bed was comfortable. my room was clean. If you have a room by the street, it can be a little noisy, but the noise doesn’t bother me so it was not a problem. The food has been better in the past had basically the same thing on the menu for the three days I was there, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and will continue to stay there again

The property was very clean. The staff friendly but I had a couple of issues with kitchen staff The breakfast was supposed to be until 9. At 8:30 am or before many food was unavailable. The staff was not friendly when I asked for something that must be available until at 9 am. That was 2 times. Also I ordered a meat with fries for lunch and the food was cold and very poor quality.

Buen opción accesible en Santa Fé
El hotel tiene instalaciones en buen estado y limpias. El gimnasio es pequeño pero funciona. Solicité “ room service”, demoró un poco pero fue bastante aceptable el sabor. El desayuno continental es sencillo, aceptable. Quizá le hace falta servicio de restaurante por la noche que no sea room service. El hotel está bien ubicado para llegar a Santa Fé.
