The AC was not working, the safe did not work and we called several time to get fixed but nothing was done. There was no where to sit after 10:30 pm because they did not allow anyone outside of the lobby. They were not helpful at all. The only staff that was very helpful was the staff in the kitchen. But other then that I would not return.

This hotel is extremely old and dirty, seems it hasn’t been restored or updated since its opening. The bathroom tub was amazingly rusty, the curtains didn’t work. Hair dryer and iron available only if you sign a document and they telling you that you need to give them back, that’s ridiculous. This is a hotel that I will NEVER come back and that I DO NOT recommend at all.

Everything about the hotel was okay, servers were great, maintenance service was horrible room did not have a functional AC, the safe didnt lock had to call the front desk several times to get anybody to help and several times I never got help to add also had construction at 7:00am in the morning in one of their High end Suites . We had nothing fixed or no help at all I will not recommend this hotel to nobody at all. The last night the AC was blowing at it fullest I was told by maintenance that that's all the AC would blow he also promised me some fans which he never showed up with at all I slept inside of sauna that's the way the room felt. It was horrible communication and no help at all also the hotel does not have a place where you could hang out after 10:30 they turn everything off and expect you to hang around in the lobby it's supposed to be an all inclusive but it's not at all I truly will not be recommending this hotel at all or even go back no customer service horrible experience

Furniture is super old and rusted, towels are REALLY OLD smell humid, NO HAND TOWELS OR shampoo or soap. They don’t offer any amenities. Wall lamps rusted and falling apart. Not even one decoration in any wall. Sofa bed old and dirty. Rooms smell humid. Front desk is falling apart old and not welcoming!!! I think this place used to be beautiful but it’s never been updated. The pool is rusted all around. Simply disappointing!!!

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo, y con toda certeza debo decir que ya no es lo que era, no volveré, me imagino que fue por el huracán el hotel se deterioro y no tienen mantenimiento, la comida ya no es buena y es escasa además de muy poco variada y a excepción de 2 o 3 personas, todos los empleados están enojados

Bueno con posibles mejoras.

En general la experiencia es buena, es mi tercera visita al hotel y se aprecia el daño de Otis, sin embargo hay cosas que pueden mejorar bastante, los baños, no obstantre que se aprecian limpios, ya se ven deteriorados, en las cocinetas, anteriormente tenían unos pequeños frigobares, algunas luces de la habitación (1575) tienen corto o de plano no encienden (interrupotor inmediato al ingresar, prende desde la sala); los cajose del closet ya requieren un cambio, cueta trabajo abrilos y cerrarlos; los colchones ya piden a gritos jubilarse; pero nada que haga insoportable o desagradable la estancia (en relación costo-beneficio); algo que si resulta molesto es el apartado que le hacen a los extranjeros de los camastros, aunque uno se levante temprano, ya están apartados para ellos y eso si les resta valor. El restaurante en comida muy bien y servicio de los muchachos, excelente!

Las instalaciones en general son agradables. Las habitaciones tienen detalles, quiero pensar que estragos de los huracanes, nada que afecte la estancia. La vista de la habitación Junior Suite 10/10 (vista total del mar). La comida es agradable y para ser temporada baja, no tardaba el servicio del buffet. La alberca y cuidado del personal a las mismas y hacia las personas muy atento.

Últimamente me he hospedado en este hotel y en esta ocasión estuvo bastante deplorable mi estancia , el personal del Lobby es poco cortés, me programaron mal las tarjetas , tuve que regresar 2 veces a decir que la puerta no abría , fue el guardia de seguridad y tampoco podía , me dieron una habitación con las paredes muy manchadas en general muy deteriorada , ni una botella de agua, ni shampoo ni crema corporal , sólo jabón para las manos y en la terraza , sólo una silla en pésimas condiciones, la verdad muy mala mi experiencia , el control de la TV a punto de deshacerse y no funcionaba bien

Excelente servicio de todo su personal en todas las áreas, todos son muy amables y atentos. De repente sale un olor a cañería en el baño pero la habitación era grande y bastante cómoda. No sé si dependa del hotel, y también influye mucho los huéspedes y su limpieza, para salir a la playa es literal doloroso a los pies aún con sandalias por tanta piedra y basura. La comida es muy buena está en el punto exacto para el gusto en general, quizá lo único sería un poco más de variedad en los platillos. En general excelente hotel, espero regresar pronto!
