We all make mistakes!
I have stayed at this establishment many times and it has always been a great experience. I personally would not hold this one-off situation against them, but my bathroom wasn't cleaned well. I did report it to the front desk, and they promptly got it straight for me and I will continue to utilize their facility because this has been my go-to for years now.

My 80 year old dad carried his ash cup in on his walker by mistake after smoking the day of check out. In the way out of the room he dropped it in the trash can. When I went back in the room to get a left behind charger I saw this, disposed of it and went to the front desk MY SELF and told them what had happened but that there was no smoking in the room. The manager with a nasty attitude went to check the room. She came back and told me to be more careful and that my dad had lived his life and should know better! She then said that I would not be charged and by the time I got home from my trip they had charged me $275. They will rob you!
