Checked in was issued a second floor room. Went to go to the room and there is no elevator. My wife had injured her knee the week before and cannot climb stairs. Went back to the desk to request a 1st floor room and told none available. The side entry was dimly lit and I did not feel safe. I turned my key back in and left to find another hotel

Let’s start with the good…friendly staff and great breakfast. Now the bad, upon entering our room the smell hit you in the face! Black mold in bathroom on ceiling, spilled nail polish on wall & nightstand, ice cream or something not cleaned under the phone, hot water the first day but none the second…absolutely one of the worst rooms I’ve ever been in.
