The staff was amazing! The room was great. The laundry facility is easy to use (bring your own soap it’s a bit pricey). The bus transportation is really easy and reliable! They can even transfer ECV Scooters which was fantastic. It’s a nice and easy walk to Disney Springs. We will absolutely be back!

I was worried about the shuttle filling up but 0 issues and it was fantastic (it either went directly to the park or only stopped at 1 additional park). Coffee shop in the lobby, a 24 hr medical/travel item vending machine was actually needed for a sick toddler...had a Target delivery of grocery items delivered for our 5 night stay. Overall, just a wonderful experience at this property!
