Location is very good if you want to be in the city center. Breakfast is nice! Small gym area sufficient to make you break a sweat. Friendly, helpful and relaxed staff. Everything was very smooth. Had a good night sleep in the cosy standard twin bedroom.

Best hotel in Stockholm

Downtown Camper is my favorite hotel in Stockholm. This time I used the rooftop pool, the gym and the sauna. The hotel offers various activity, like yoga, run and more.On Saturday morning I signed up for a meditation in the pool and an aroma sauna... OMG, it was extremely nice and relaxing. Would do that again!

Centralt men något bristande service.

Bor ofta här. Centralt. Bra frukost. Lite tråkig service ibland vad gäller bar och öppettider, samt vilken att hjälpa till. De senaste två gångerna har de frågat om jag vill ha städat vilket jag tackat ja till. Ändå inte fått städning. Tråkigt och meningslöst att då fråga. Redan slängt handduk på golvet då man tror man ska få städning.

Koiran kanssa/Downtown Camper by Scandic

Matkustimme koiran kanssa ja huoneen varustelu oli erikoinen. Puolet huoneesta oli tyhjä ja kun vertasin mainoskuviin niin tyhjässä paikassa olisi pitänyt olla sohva. Pyysin nojatuolia tai huoneluokan korotusta mutta sain tyhjään tilaan ruokapöydän tuolin ja huoneluokan korotus oli täysin mahdotonta koiran kanssa. Tämä hotelli pitää koiran kanssa matkustavia 2.luokan asiakkaina. Vastaanoton asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista ja he yrittivät hyvittää pettymystämme tarjoamalla meille kolmen päivän vierailun ajaksi aamiaiset. Tosin joka aamu meidät lähetettiin ravintolan ovelta vastaanottoon selvittämään miksi emme ole maksaneet aamiaista. Varasin ja maksoin meille kylpyläkäynnin. Meille ei toimitettu huoneeseen kylpytakkeja joten meitä opetettiin kuin lapsia, että käykää vaihtamassa kylpytakit päälle huoneessa. Yritimme kertoa, että emme pukeneet niitä päällemme koska meillä ei ole kylpytakkeja. Kylpylän vastaanottovirkailijan englannin kielitaito oli aika rajallinen mutta pääsimme kuitenkin sisälle kylpylään. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen ja suosittelen hotellia nuorille matkailijoille, jotka käyvät vain nukkumassa hotellissa. Sänky oli hyvä mutta huone oli pimeä ja kuten kerroin, ainakin koirahuone oli hyvin vaatimattomasti sisustettu.
