Niagara lundys lane has everything

Great location, bus stop in front of the building. Good eats, grocery store ,pharmacy along the strip. Breakfast perfect start to the day. Clean room. Bed comfortable. No ice machine but had water dispenser of hot and cold water. Staff cordial.

Pros: 👍 price was good, beds were very comfortable, good breakfast, most of the staff was nice, fridge & microwave was nice to have… kitchen area was clean. 15 minutes from the falls. Food close by. Cons: 👎 deadbolt wouldn’t lock, mold on the ceilings & doors in the bathrooms, tub was filthy (we chose to wear slides to shower), no phone to contact front desk, 1 coat hanger.

Very good value.

I have been choosing this hotel for several years, when visiting Niagara Falls with family. It is becoming increasingly better, since it has been through many recent renovations. Room and washroom are clean, with the convenience of refrigerator and microwave. This last time, we enjoyed the pool, which is also very well maintained. We save money that we can use in other entertainment and local attractions.

Gray Stay

Great Stay – 100% Recommended I stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The rooms are basic but comfortable, everything was clean, including the bathroom. The pool is in great condition and very enjoyable. Breakfast and parking are included, which is a big plus. Best of all, there's no deposit required and the price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Hotel needs to be updated, we walked in and noticed that the ceiling lamp was on the table we called it and right away a guy came and put it in place, the TV didn’t have signal and again we called and the front desk lady was able to fix it right away, i did not see cockroach, we had a whirlpool in the room and was sparkling clean, the bathroom was clean, bed sheets were actually clean even though we saw stains on the side, ( mattress should be replaced) little hard, but we made it through, breakfast was good and staff were very friendly, our deposit was returned fast, pool was clean and the pool area, we really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from the Falls and restaurants, and yes I would recommend it,.

We knew where we were staying (an old motel) so did not have grand expectations. The good: The breakfast was higher quality than we had expected, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was good to see the place being renovated. The not so good: The room we had (for 4 people) had a barely working toilet, that required a few visits from staff to keep barely working. And the musty hallway smell of old motels. But all in all, a decent experience, and great staff.
