We.had a great time, staff was very nice and accommodating, shows and activities were fun. The water park, while not big, was good enough to have fun with the kids, and relax in the lazy river.

Extremely comfortable and large rooms for a girls trip of relaxation and fun! We had our own pool and had people from the bar delivering drinks and food to us all day long! The staff was amazing, room service excellent, and we couldn't be happier! There was lots of fun activities as well - entertainment every night - lazy river and zip line!
Premium Junior Suite with walk-out pool!!! An incredible view to wake up to every morning, and staff to bring you drinks and food all day in! Definitely coming back and definitely recommending to a friend! (The beach kinda sucks)

It’s a beautiful resort, clean friendly staffs. The beach was covered with seaweed, nobody could use it. Food options was not kids friendly for a family resort and a lot of the food was not hot

Excellent service from all of the staff. Great, quality and delicious foods. A lot of option where to eat, make a reservation or first come first serve basis which is not even a 15mins wait based on our experience. We really had a blast staying at Dreams Natura. A really pleasant and wonderful stay! We will comng back for sure!

The property is nice & clean, the staff are very friendly & accommodating. The food is what you should expect at an all inclusive resort, the hibachi, Mexican & Italian restaraunts are pretty good, better then the usual buffet but you will need a reservation.

Food was really good, our favorite was the hibachi. Unfortunately, to be seated at the restaurants you pretty much have to have reservations. Room and property could have been a bit cleaner for my liking.

First time all inclusive, property did not disappoint. Restaurants for all palates,and music in all generes as well. Sat through a lengthy presentation, felt a bit pressured but now we know we do not have to go. However, the free 50 min spa made up for it! Perfect mix of relaxation, and excitement. We will visit again.

Pool area was great as well as the front porch. Beach was not as expected, too brown and always full of seaweed. Restaurants were difficult to make reservations and get in. The highlight was the buffet which had a very good spread. The Seafood restaurant, terrible so was the Japanese

Excellence day for families and couples. Great layout at the property with amazing food choices throughout entertainment during the day and evening was fantastic. Great entertainment staff and service staff on the property. I would definitely go back.
