Of all the hotels we've stayed at, these rooms are average and appear dated. The best part is the location right across the street front Shinagawa station plus they have a food court and multiple stores (one fixed my eyeglasses for free) and entertainment venues in the first 4 floors.

The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. Location is well situated a few minutes away from Shinagawa station that has a direct line to both Haneda Airport as well as the Yamamote line that circles around the core of DT Tokyo. Very convenient for visiting different parts of the city.

The breakfast buffet at luxe was outstanding. Rooms were tiny (perhaps a theme in Tokyo) Wish we had more time to explore the whole hotel. The buffet had tv screens appearing to be aquarium. I wonder if this was from the actual aquarium on the property?

Great location, easy access to most places in the city. Room isn’t too small even it is old, but it has great water pressure. Service attitude is very good

Great hotel

The hotel room was a bit dated with old furnitures but they were very well kept. Everything is clean and working solidly. I wish there was a manual way to control the A/C and a better air exhaust for restroom. The breakfast was great only that it is easy to get into long queue even at 6:15am.
