Staff not overly friendly. The location is actually a quite rough area, with loads of homeless people, and literally all shops and eateries closing by 8 to 9 pm. Very unusual for an alleged 4 star hotel to charge for a couple of hours of luggage storage after checking out. This hotel was a big disappointment.

Ground floor rooms have windows that open directly to courtyard or street, where anyone could easily climb in. Clerk said “we watch surveillance cameras all the time.” As a woman alone, this was not enough. And one room had strong smell of cleaning product.Bed too firm ;good hot shower and nice towels.
