Potential To Be Great Again
We stay here most times, when in the city. Check in/out was very easy and they were friendly. Rooms are usually good as well. It seems quality has gone down a bit, unfortunately Our room still had splashes from something, all over the one wall, and mirrors were dirty. Our breakfast Saturday morning, was awful. Did the buffet, knowing it wouldn't be like their Sunday one, but for the price, was very lacking, and we heard multiple other tables complain as well. We stopped by the little coffe shop and grabbed something. I've never seen someone so rude, it was honestly comical. The woman was angry the whole time, even when we tried being polite, and friendly. She threw the drink together, slapped a lid on, the drink leaked everywhere, and basically tossed it at us, to the point where we had to catch it, or it would have fell on the ground. This is our usual spot, but reconsidering future stays, due to this weekends happenings. Hopefully our next stay can get get is back to normal.

Business in Saskatoon
The front desk could have been more accommodating for a VIP member No free room upgrade but encouraged me to pay $30 per night which I didn’t Had a computer in the lobby but had no use for the 4 days. Had a printer there to use but did not allow me to use with personal labtop. I suppose good hotel service is just as difficult to find as computer techs in Saskatoon Tall and older waitress did not seem happy to be working each of the three days I was down for breakfast The filipino waitress in the evening was very pleasant and always smiling. Pleasure to see someone happy with their job and service
