Great location. Great staff. Dealers were very friendly and helpful. The property needs to be demolished. It’s filthy and worn out. If you like Carnival cruises you will love staying at the Cromwell. I didn’t try Giadas restaurant so no comments.

Older hotel, still in good shape, the cleanliness of the surrounding area is due to its location on the Las Vegas Strip. The low rating for staff is because when I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk, I had to wait approximately 4 minutes for someone to come to the desk, the young lady seemed inconvenienced by having to help me, he did not speak at a level I could hear and was not clear with her information.

Bad part is uber/lyft area is not outside hotel we gotta walk to flamingo for it And the day party they only let you in free between 12-1 and the line it’s self is a minimum an hour wait long … other than that.
