Horrible service!!!
The front desk person was not friendly. We came 30 minutes before 3 pm and he asked me to pay him $25.00 for early check in. Never happened to me before. When we asked for an extra blanket for my mother who is 86 years old, he said that all the extra blanket were given away. It was clear that he wanted me to pay more extra money for that. In the morning we could not find the hot water to make tea. When I went to the kitchen there was a men standing with his iPhone doing something but not his work. He sent me to the front desk and the woman from the front desk sent me back to him saying that this is his job not her. When I came back to the kitchen he said that he needs to heat up the water. I gave up. After we packed in an hour I came back and the pot for hot water still was empty. I got very upset with him and after that he said that I can get the water myself in the kitchen. After we checked out we realized that my mom left her medicine in the room when I called the hotel they said that nothing was there. This is the horrible experience we had never had before. I hope something will change.

Outdated hotel
The freezer was falling out of the refrigerator plus the refrigerator was missing a leg so you had to hold it to open the door. They provided 1 reg coffee, 1 decaf and 1 tea when my reservation was made for multiple people. I guess if you like an extra firm bed you would have enjoyed it but I probably would have gotten more sleep sleeping on the floor. They really need to update this hotel, it has no usb ports 1 outlet to be shared near the bed unless you want to unplug the lamps and alarm clock. Carpet in the hallways are starting to roll causing tripping hazards.

Great friends trip!
Room was perfect for 4 friends staying overnight during a girls weekend. Beds were comfortable, there was lots of space for all our luggage and shopping, and having 2 sink/vanity areas was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a large and tasty selection for the complimentary breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

In town for hockey
Came to Wenatchee to watch the Wild play. Got go the hotel 30 minutes after check in and the room was not clean. Needed to wait 30 minutes to have someone come clean the room. Other than that, the stay was great. Comfortable bed. Decent to good breakfast. Would stay again.
