It is right in the center of the most important street for tourist life at Napoli. It is in a beautiful historical area of Napoli and also has lots of shops restaurants autistic things you could imagine and also the taxis are very close by. Yes the elevator you have to pay sometimes $.50 of euro, but they give you the money at the front desk so far will be using this hotel again because they treat us really well especially in Mateo and Martina. Thank you again for a great experience in Napoli.

Fantastic Hotel Perfect location Would highly recommend. We used the transfer service offered by the Hotel and that was excellent also. The walls of the room are paper thin and there was a gap in the shower door so all the water spurted out 😬 but it wasn’t enough to mark down the Hotel.

Naples is an interesting city, it doesn’t look the most welcoming. It has constant movement, where you’ll be dodging mopeds and has graffiti everywhere. However Relais San Severo was conveniently placed next to a main shopping street while also being tucked away enough so you don’t hear the movement and feel safe. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. If I ever come to Naples again, I will be a repeat customer.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the historical centre, stepping out of the door to so many excellent places to eat and attraction's. The atmosphere outside the hotel was amazing and a real experience. Inside the hotel was modern and clean. Above all our room was tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden and very tranquil. Hard to believe your in the middle of everything. Our hosts answered all our questions and were very helpful. Guaranteed a peaceful night sleep. When I return to Naples I will definitely stay here again.
