I really enjoyed the hotel. I loved how they kept the old doors, but had modern amenities. When I arrived I did not have any plans, but I noticed there was an opera playing and it was put on by the school and to be able to see students put on an opera in a historic building is something you don't don't get to do in any other hotel.

Spectacular Congress Plaza in Chicago

Everything was fantastic, and the view on the lake breathtaking! The lady at the bar (Zebira?) was perfect…and a lot of fun. One negative point: the « music » in the hallway downstairs was horrible and way too loud.

I’ve stayed here many times throughout the years. Beautiful view of Buckingham fountain. Short walk to Osaka Sushi for an Udon noodle bowl. We will walk to the Contemporary Museum of Art today. Just a joyous stay at Congress Plaza
