The jacuzzi was basically a sewer with lights, and nobody offered to clean the room once in 4 days. One wine glass, no ice, no bar, no resaurant, and they charged me extra fees for having two friends in my suite. I will never go back to Hemma or recommend it to anyone. Dont he fooled by the photos, its literally the cheapest furniture and terrible design choices. Theres also zero counter space in the bathroom.

And though Bogota is a very cool city and opening a window should be more than enough, the situation is that Bogota is also unsafe and I was nervous about my safety. The jacuzzi was dirty within the plumbing. I had them clean it in my stay of four days. I couldn't use it for two days and one night. Other than that the breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The room was smaller then in the photos. The shower had black mold growing in the shower. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have thought. It was hard to sleep. 3 stars.

The staff was great, very helpful and easy to communicate, even with my very little Spanish. Suite is very comfortable for a family of 4. Close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Very out of the way from the touristic attraction, but I preferred traffic and well scheduled outings than staying in cramped hotel rooms with teen age kids. Only wish the Jacuzzi had a thermostat to keep it warm all the time...
