Do not stay here! Was not able to check in until the evening vs. 3:00 time because the football team would not check out and then rooms had to be clean. Front desk and manager said ‘too bad’ and did nothing to rectify the situation except give me a free bottle of water. Then, I wanted to work in my room the day of checkout, but there was a ton of wiring construction on the floor above mine that woke me up and was so loud, I got a headache and had to leave the hotel. Again, no remedy.

Very nice hotel. "Bistro" is not much to speak of. Walkable to downtown, lots of restaurants, close to IU campus. Room was cool, dark and quiet. Beds comfortable, 3 pillows. Front desk very friendly and heloful.

Staff was super, bed was glorious. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool area didn't look inviting. All in all, the room was clean and we slept well. Good location and it was quieter then i expected (we were on the first floor).

It was a good place to stay, however, the Handicap seat in the tub feel after sitting down on it and cut my finger. The staff was very nice about it but it hurt pretty good. Bathroom door would not shut, looked like the hinge needed 2 screws. The lighting in the room was poor at best.

Someone else's dirty laundry

Our initial room was nice until we noticed a sizable week spot on the floor. Upon speaking to the staff, we were promptly put into another room. At which point everything was fine until we went to check out. I was gathering up my daughter's clothes when I picked up a pair of socks and asked her about them. She told me they weren't hers. Since they weren't mine, I can only assume that they belonged to whomever started in there before us. Finding someone else's dirty laundry was pretty disgusting. Other than all that, it was a good start.

Tyson was so courteous, polite and went above and beyond for me (+2 guests all over 65 y.o.) He went(ran) across the street to get the license number from the car because we didn’t have a clue and we were dead dog tired. He was patient, empathetic and kind. A Beautiful Human being. He made you and your Company stand out!!! He truly Blessed me and my attitude about young people!
