This hotel was really disappointing. We booked one room expressly with two twins beds room and aircondition. We wrote this our wish moreover during the booking in special reguirement box in websites as well. When we arrived, in the room was one king bed (not separated twin beds as we want). I went back to reception and the receptionist switched us the room and give me a new room card. Finally here was the twins beds, but it was the issue with aricondition. I call about it to reception and the guy from reception came to our room with air fan!!! because next, second one change of the room is not imposible, and he sad me that can't solve my! problem by the "with a snap of the fingers" and promissed solve the problem til tomorrow. He considered the problem solved. But it not happend til the end of our staying. we think that neither at level of room cleaning was not, as we know at Radisons hotels. We think that it is happen because of the information about the switching the rooms our new - switched - room wasn't changed in hotels IT system in first two days of our staying. Overall, the impression of the accommodation was rather negative, even though the breakfast, for example, was of a good standard. We are sorry.
