It's an older building, our room was next to supply room, so the stuff was walking, talking, moving things all the time, and we could hear every sound. Walking to the citi center, the Castle and the Royal Mile - at least 30 minutes, or even longer. (Definitely not 19 minutes, as they advertise) On a positive side - everyone we interacted with, was nice, friendly, and helpful. There is a path, just steps from the main entrance, on the other side of the parking lot, that leads to a nice little creek, and you can go for a lovely walk along the water, surrounded by greenery, away from the cars.

Staff was great, room okay for 3 people. Breakfast buffet was good but did lack in the beverage section. Coffee machines broken, was there for 6 days and not one repaired, juices were almost always empty. Found that when bus tour groups were in need to have more staff. Felt bad for the staff in the dining area as they really worked hard to keep up. Hotel a little off the main streets but got used to it pretty quick.

Bathroom was moldy, shower curtain ripped and filthy, towel rail missing, but one braket still there.floor was lino curled up and glued to wall. At the bar had to use the same wine glass all night ,as they were low on glasses.
